EmotionLife® Vocation favors the regulation of the processes used by the organism to attenuate the obsessive-compulsive tendencies associated to perfectionism and repetitive behaviors. It promotes the adaptation and flexibility.
In the obsession, the fixed and persistent ideas could invade our mind, generating a loss of conscious control that may lead to repetitive actions – compulsions. The failure in the efforts to be released of obsession could cause great anxiety. In the Chinese Traditional Medicine the obsession has been associated to spleen and the Earth element.
The EmotionLife® Vocation favors the neurochemical regulatory mechanisms required for the conscious control of this fixed ideas, thus favoring the adaptability and the flexibility which decrease the anxiety. When the energy consumed by obsessions, compulsions and perfectionism could be channeled in the path of personal fulfilment, the obsession could be transformed into an authentic consecration to the reason of Live. This consecration is a characteristic of creativity.
As addiction is produced by a fixation or fixed idea around an object which produces dependence, this essence is complementary to EmotionLife® Freedom.
