EmotionLife® Joy promotes the control of sadness which leads to a feeling of serenity. It constitutes the essential learning of sadness. It avoid the onset of depression and melancholy when are caused by retained sadness.
The depression could be a negative emotional state induced by the retained sadness, which mainly affects the fifth chakra and the lungs. Thus, the lungs imbalances could be associated to sadness and melancholy feelings and they, in turn, could generate lungs imbalances.
Serenity avoids the depression with all its biological connotations.
Sadness and fear are emotional movements leading to internalization. Anger and obsession lead to exteriorization.
The resolution of retained fear leads to internal strengthening, which generates confidence. The resolution of sadness leads as well to inner quieting which induces to serenity. In absence of serenity’s inner control occurs the depression. The continuous feeling of sorrow, due to something considered lost, is based in the belief that in the Being something could be lost. It could induce the loss of sense which is usually associated to depression.
The EmotionLife® Joy favors the emerging of this innate quality of the Being that is serenity. It contributes to find the power coming from been what each one really is, a strength which emerges from emptiness and stillness of the center, where the spring of serenity starts.
